Peter Campbell beat a woman to death in Scotland and was sent to jail. In jail he killed another inmate.
When he killed the woman he was a juvenile and was ordered to be detained during her Majestys pleasure.
Whilst in a cell in in the Young Offenders Institution in Edninburgh he and Brian John Rice murdered William Robert Walker on 8 July 1967. They stabbed him to death.
