Martin Michael Morgan, Roy John Powell and Peter Anthony Dunford were convicted for the murder of Terence John Buckingham.
They killed him on 22 August 1964 in Wakefield jail. They were all prisoners.
Peter Dunford was originally jailed for the murder of a youth outside a dance hall, but because he was 17 at the time he was detained at Her Majesty's pleasure.
