Gemma Watts and Steven Sansom were convicted of the murder of 38-year-old Sarah Mayhew.
They killed her sometime between 7 March and 3 April 2024 after which they dismembered her body and disposed of it at various locations around London.
Some of her remains were found in Rowdown Field in Croydon in April 2024 whilst other parts of her body were found in the River Wandle, Mitcham, in May 2024.
Steven Sansom was noted for having had a previous murder conviction from 1999 after he murdered a cab driver.
