Sukhkit Bains was convicted of the murder of 72-year-old Michael Martin.
He stabbed him at Michael Martin's home in St Botolph’s Road, Worthing, in 22 March 2024.
They had known each other.
After killing him he cleaned the knife, turned over a blood stained rug and washed his clothes.
