Alfie Wheatley caused the death of 92-year-old man Gordon Elliott by dangerous driving.
Alfie Wheatley had been speeding on his uninsured motorcycle when he crashed into Gordon Elliott on 19 August 2023.
He had been riding at almost twice the speed limit in Riddings, Derbyshire at the time. He tried to overtake some traffic and hit a car afterwhich both him and his bike hit Gordon Elliott who was walking to the post office.
