Wayne Rule was convicted of the manslaughter of Jon Odell in 2001. He ran him down at a speed check in Margate, Kent in 2000 and was sentenced to 9 years.
Darren Kirk
He stabbed Darren Kirk in the chest at a property in Cygnet Court, Spalding, on 20 December 2021.
He also stabbed another man at a property in Bowditch Road the same day for which he was convicted of attempted murder.
Wayne Rule had been a regular cocaine user and thought that Darren Kirk and his partner had grassed him up after he was raided by the police. He went to Darren Kirk's flat and banged on the door and when he went in he stabbed Darren Kirk multipple times.
Wayne Rule then went back to his flat and baricaded himself in and when the police arrived he boasted that he had killed a policeman before and that he would shott another. However, he later gave himself up.
