Raymond Burrell was convicted of the murder of Matthew Sheehan 36. He also had a previous conviction for manslaughter from 2003 when he shot his girlfriend Amie Miles 17.
Matthew Sheehan, who was disabled, complained to Raymond Burrell about his barking dog and Raymond Burrell attacked him. He was convicted of inflicting grievous bodily harm in 2015 and given a jail sentence but after Matthew Sheehan later died in 2017 he was charged with his murder.
He shot Amie Miles accidently with a gun that he was waving around.
