Karen Easterbrook was convicted of two separate counts of attempted murder.
She had attempted murder a woman by garrotting her and given a life sentence.
However, whilst serving life in Holloway she made a garrotte from a pair of knotted shoe laces and attempted to throttle a fellow inmate and was given another life sentence.
