Steven Sansom was convicted of the murder of 59-year-old Terrence Boyle in 1999.
He stabbed in the throat and back. He then stole £25 from him.
Murder of Sarah Mayhew
Steven Sansom was convicted of the murder of 38-year-old Sarah Mayhew in 2024.
He killed her and then dismembered her body and disposed of the parts around Croydon and Mitcham.
Some of her remains were found on 8 March in a park in Croydon whilst other part were found in the River Wandle, in Mitcham, in May 2024.
Sarah Mayhew was last seen alive on the evening of 8 March 2024 in Sutton.
A woman also faces the same charge.
