Ronald Castree was convicted of the murder of Lesley Molseed 11 who he murdered in October 1975 after she had been to a local shop. She had been stabbed and sexual assaulted and was found 3 days after her dissapearance on moors in West Yorkshire.
He was convicted 30 years after her murder when DNA evidence was matched.
An innocnet man, Stefan Kiszko served 16 years for the murder after being wrongly convicted in 1976 based on his own false confession.
On 25 September 2014 the Manchester Evening News reported that he had won the right to have a news story about his crime removed from the Google search engine index under the European Unions Right To Be Forgotten ruling.
