McLoughlin was convicted for the manslaughter of Len Delgatty 49 in 1983.
In 1992 he was convicted of the murder of Peter Halls 56 and sentenced to 25 years.
In 2013 he escaped from Category D HMP Spring Hill while on day release and murdered Graham Buck 66 for which he was convicted of murder and sentenced to 40 years.
