Trevor Miller and Barron Campbell were convicted for killing Alwyn Alfred 24 who Trevor Miller shot in the head with a shotgun at the Priory Community Centre, Acton Lane, Acton. Trevor Miller was convicted of murder and Barron Campbell who had supplied the shotgun was convicted of manslaughter.

The murder took place after a day of violence at the Priory Community Centre which was reopening after a fire. A gang called The Governor Generals Posse classed with the centre security team. After several people were injured Trevor Miller and Barron Campbell walked into the centre and Barron Campbell handed the shotgun to Trevor Miller who smiling aimed at Alwyn Alfred and shot him in the head. He died 9 days later.

In 1998 Barron Campbell was also convicted of causing the death of Yunus Mayet 47 by dangerous driving. He had drunk 3 bottles of champagne and was being chased by the police. He drove 100 yards along a pavement, rammed police cars, drove on the wrong side of the road and smashed into Yunus Mayet's Honda Civic car with a Vauxhall Astra at 80mph.
