Richard Stoker killed two people.
In 1976 he was convicted of the manslaughter of his mother-in-law Mary Wilson and was sent to a mental hospital.
After being discharged in 1987 he killed killed his neighbour Halina Szymczuk 48 in May 1998 and was convicted of her manslaughter and detained again.
