Robbie Cook caused the deaths of 21-yearold Daniel Davies, 32-year-old Jonny Day and 36-year-old Jon Miller by dangerous driving.
He had been chasing their car when they crashed in Decoy Drive, Eastbourne on 13 February 2023.
They had sold him popcorn instead of cannabis and he chased them in his car. He had paid them £3,500.
After the crash Robbie Cook searched their car with a torch and then fled the scene.
The court heard that despite noticing signs of life in the car he didn't call 999.
The emergency services were called about 30 minutes later after Robbie Cook had arranged for a friend to make up a story for police.
The following day Robbie Cook got married.
